Shannon + Ryan’s beautiful October wedding at Bittersweet Farm brought us back to our roots. Bittersweet was one of the first venues we ever photographed at and it was seriously full circle to come back here after so many years. The farm is gorgeous for weddings, the food is delicious and everyone at Shannon + Ryan’s wedding absolutely loved it.
We had a blast getting to know these two over the past year or so. Their love for football, passion in their jobs, and love for their family and friends just shinned through them both. Their engagement session we did way back when are some of our favorite fall lovebird session photos to date. Shannon + Ryan are so photogenic, even though they’d beg to differ! Here’s a little sneak peek of their big day.

Michelle & Gary’s Plimoth Plantation wedding was absolutely beautiful last month. First off - I had no idea that Plimoth Plantation hosted weddings! Who knew the place we all went to in third grade would become a wedding destination for couples! In all seriousness, the location provided such a beautiful space for Michelle & Gary. It was secluded, quiet, and magical! Nestled in the woods, surrounded by their closest family and friends these two tied the knot. We cannot wait to show you this sneak peek of their special day.

Every year we have a handful of couples that truly stand out above the rest. Couples that not only fall in love with our photographs but become true friends to Jenn and I. They’re usually the laid back type, the adventurous duo and are always up for a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner with us. Emily & Warren are definitely apart of that group. From the first breakfast date with them, I knew we’d be amazing friends. We shared a love for traveling, adventures, food, and so much more. When it became time to photograph their wedding day, I knew it was going to be perfect and boy, it sure was…
Emily & Warren got married at the amazing Newport Vineyards which combined their love for wine, and Rhode Island all in one. It turned out to be one of the best weather days we could’ve asked for with cloudy skies and cooler temps. It was a little rainy at the beginning portion of the day but as soon as the ceremony time came, the showers had passed and it was beautiful.
These photos mean a lot to me. Not only because Emily & Warren are client’s of ours, but because they’re client turned friends. I had such a hard time choosing specific edits to give them and really perfecting the photographs down to every last detail. However, I think you’ll see that these two are madly in love, and are perfect for one another. I can’t wait to show you more…but for now, enjoy these sneak peeks!

I am so excited to show you Danielle & Bryan's wedding. We met up with these two back last fall for their Lovebird session and absolutely fell in love with their little family (their dog is adorable!). Their wedding was nothing short of amazing. From the beautiful ceremony to their amazing venue, Skyline at Waterplace, everything was perfect -- Including the weather!

On a hot summer day, Christine & Jim tied the knot! After planning their coastal Rhode Island wedding from New York, the day was finally here. Christine had the absolute best team there to make sure everything went smoothly. Shayna from HolySmoke Films did a beautiful job filming the day, Lynda from Lynda Williams Beauty made sure all the ladies were in tip-top shape, The Boston Common Band rocked the house and the staff at OceanCliff in Newport were absolutely amazing. Anthony, Amanda and I met last summer and instantly clicked. I remember when I walked them out of our apartment, I got a phone call 5 min later from Amanda (who was still in our parking lot) She said "Yeah, I love you and don't want anyone else to photograph our day" . I smiled from ear to ear. These two were amazing to get to know over the course of a year. Their wedding was nothing short of that either. The rain might've forced us to have the ceremony inside, but we did manage to sneak outside to take some beautiful photos. I couldn't be happier with how they've turned out and can't wait to show you more! For now I hope you all enjoy this sneak peek of Amanda & Anthony's beautiful day :)

Well it’s come to that time. The last wedding of 2016. Well, technically we have a wedding coming up at the end of this month on New Years Eve, but we figured we’d classify that one as the first one of 2017 ;)
Nicole & Shaun are some of the sweetest people I know. I’m starting to feel like I say that about all my clients, but it's true. Nicole is pretty much a woman version of me: Totally into music, theatre, and is high energy, extremely outgoing and loving. Shaun is the complete opposite: He’s a Irish fisherman (yes, he’s really Irish) who loves fishing, quiet moments, and good beer, obviously. However he has the warmest heart. I remember last year during Nicole & Shaun’s Lovebird Session in Salem, we all went out for drinks after and Shaun showed so much interest in who I was and what I do. He may be quiet and a man of few words but, once you get to know this gentlemen you realize that he cares deeply about every single person in his life, especially Nicole.
Their love was radiant on their day of. They couldn’t have asked for a better November day. The Lyman Estate provided the perfect backdrop for their story together. We got to photograph all over the grounds - including the greenhouse, which was magical! Jenn and I wanted to approach this wedding a little differently so we brought out our 16mm, fisheye lens because we knew it would make for the perfect reception shots. These two seriously knew how to throw a party along with their amazing DJ Chuck Borowy.
I had a blast and couldn’t of asked for a better night. There is so much I want to share but, for now, enjoy this sneak peek of Nicole & Shaun’s big day!
